Peter has just compelled the Christ-followers to live in Rome to honor e everyone... including the government that is corrupt and persecuting the Church in increasing ways. Peter takes a moment to show how this can be lived out in some practical ways. Ultimately, the practical response in our lives finds their roots in the will and ways of Jesus Christ.
